The irrigation system works well, ensuring total coverage of the yard. The system John installed is extremely easy to use. We were also very impressed with how the walkway came out. John was very patient and willing to show us different layout options for the brick, as well as offering his advice for what he thought would look good given the length of the walkway and backdrop against the house. John was also very communicative throughout the process, giving us notice well in advance if he thought there could be delays due to weather or other jobs running over. It turned out to be a moot point as he was able to stay almost exactly on schedule, but it was refreshing to have a contractor give such notice on potential delays in advance so that we could adjust our schedules accordingly. I contacted BRouder & sons after I had removed extremely overgrown shrubs surrounding half of my pool area. John was quick to respond to our request for quote, he helped rethink and design a new walkway and retaining wall layout and was always available via text or call to answer questions. John and his sons were onsite everyday for 2-3 weeks working on the project and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through decisions. I really relied on their expertise when it came to retaining wall decisions, drainage, and moving around our sprinkler system to accommodate the new design. Most of this additional work I originally thought I would need to bring in other contractors for, but John’s team was able to complete everything, which made the experience seamless. At the end of the project they did a great job cleaning up and added fresh dirt and seed to our lawn. They are local NA residents, so it was great to support a local business!
